I have used Empire 3 times for both carpeting and windows, and would not go anywhere else. Their representatives are personable, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. The price, quality of product and workmanship is excellent. The convenience of having someone come to the home is fantastic. Highly recommend!!
