I was very pleased with the timely manner that my carpet and blinds were installed. There was nothing to clean-up and my home looks great. The quality of the products surprised me as well- the carpet is soft enough to sleep on and the blinds (blackout honeycombs) really block out all of the light so we can sleep. I ordered interior shutters from Empire. The in home salesman was excellent. I love the look and am very satisfied. I was leery to use such a giant as Empire due to an extremely bad experience with a very large furniture company. However, my salesman assured me if I had any problems to contact him directly and he would solve any disputes. So far, not necessary!!

I have nothing but praise for Empire Today. Their service is second to none and their pricing is extremely competitive. I had someone come out to measure and right away, they set up the re-measure on the same day. The re-measure happened as promised and the blinds were ordered. They came in late, but the guy doing my install fit me in on the day I wanted. It was much appreciated and I highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.

After getting a lot of unsatisfactory service from one of the big box stores on carpeting and window treatment estimates, I saw the Empire Today ad on TV and decided to give them a call.
