Hi. I had a wonderful experience with Empire! I scheduled an appointment online and someone called me back the next morning to confirm my appointment. You showed up right on time and were very personable and easy to talk to. No high pressure selling. I decided on what blinds I wanted and you did everything possible to get the price in the range I could afford.
Your installer showed up the next day and took measurements of the windows. Again, very professional, and worked quickly so I could get to work on time. I was called when my blinds arrived and they were installed the next day. The blinds look beautiful and of a high quality. My house has never looked so good from the inside and the outside. I would recommend Empire to everyone.
I have very little free time and they arrived when they said they would so I had no waiting around wasting on my day. That trait alone sets them apart from other companies who feel their time is more important then the customers’ and show up hours after they say they will. Two thumbs way up for Empire!

I just had my carpet replaced and had a window treatment done by your company and have to say that I was very, very, pleased. The sales representative’s were very pleasant and the installers were such an enjoyable group of people. The carpet installers worked like a well-oiled machine and treated my home with the greatest of respect. The window treatment installer was just the most impressionable young man. When both jobs were completed I was well pleased. I would highly recommend Empire Today to anyone who needs any of your services and desires a competent and professional job done in their home. Empire Today is EVERYTHING they say they are. We had a great salesman come and give us a quote for window treatments. We were flexible on the installation date but not necessarily the time of day since we both work. Empire Today made arrangements to install our new blinds after 5pm. Our installer was in and out in no time and left our home just as clean as when he arrived.
We are pleased with the process from beginning to end (customer service, the salesman, the installation, and the product). What an excellent service Empire Today offers! We plan on installing an additional 11 blinds in a few months and of course we will be calling Empire Today.

We recently had Empire install new window treatments in our home and I can’t tell you enough how pleased we are with them. Empire did a wonderful job. From the first phone call we made to the day they installed, we were given the best treatment. I also had Empire install all new wood flooring throughout our home and once again the job was nicely done, and we are more than happy with the work. If anyone is looking for quality flooring and or window treatments, then Empire is the place to go. The price was right and the people they have working for them are top notch. There just are not enough good things to say about Empire.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and realized the family room was in need of a “facelift”. We were pleasantly surprised at the professional, mannerly representative that came by and in a non-hurried manner explained the carpet products. As we sat down to write up the contract, in conversation, we mentioned window treatments. He thoughtfully measured my 4 large windows and gave an estimate. Great guy, wonderful communicator, no pressure! We appreciate his kind of personality. The carpets came the very next Monday, were installed, and look fantastic. Window treatments, vertical blinds installed and look beautiful. We had friends compliment us on the work. Without a doubt, we are very happy with Empire and will be scheduling more work soon.

I just want to comment on the excellent customer service we received from your representative. We were finishing up a remodel where we doubled sq. ft in our home and used Empire for our all our laminate flooring, carpet, and window treatments.
Although Empire was just getting settled in the Bay Area, we had nothing but excellent service and follow up. Since our install we had to contact you for a shade that broke and another time for the baseboard of one section of laminate not staying nailed down. No problem. You arranged both times for someone to come right out and remedy the situation - no questions asked.

I was very pleased with the timely manner that my carpet and blinds were installed. There was nothing to clean-up and my home looks great. The quality of the products surprised me as well- the carpet is soft enough to sleep on and the blinds (blackout honeycombs) really block out all of the light so we can sleep. Thanks for the great work!

I ordered interior shutters from Empire. The in home salesman was excellent. I love the look and am very satisfied. I was leery to use such a giant as Empire due to an extremely bad experience with a very large furniture company. However, my salesman assured me if I had any problems to contact him directly and he would solve any disputes. So far, not necessary!!
