We had a wonderful salesperson. He had great energy and made the window treatment experience an easy one. He knew immediately what would look good in my condo- which was welcome because I know nothing about window treatments. He showed me samples and was very knowledgeable about the various products. We got the job done really quickly and I can’t wait for my new blinds to come in. He helped me upgrade my apartment into a much more enjoyable living space.

We have had Empire in our home twice for carpet, once for new windows and once for window treatments. This is a wonderful company to do business with. They offer a good line of products to choose from. Our carpet is beautiful and wears very well. Our windows are top quality and I am sorry that they are not doing this anymore. I need another floor of my home done. The window treatments are beautiful and top quality. We have had so many compliments on them. The salesman was very knowledgeable as to their product line and installation. The installers were on time and did not stop until the job was finished, including the clean up. They even vacuumed! I just called for another estimate. This time, flooring for our country kitchen/dining room.

I recently had laminate flooring and window treatments installed in my home - not only were the installers professional, courteous and diligent, the finished product was outstanding. I called Empire Today to come and do a home estimate while recuperating from a broken foot. I had priced window treatments elsewhere where they had guaranteed that the blinds would be ready in 3 days but that didn’t include installation. To my surprise the Empire Today salesman was a gentleman and helped me narrow down the search to what I wanted and needed. Measurements were taken and the blinds were installed perfectly in less than a week. I can’t say enough about the salesperson and the installer; they were friendly, professional, and precise with measurements. I look forward to using Empire Today again.

We had a great experience with Empire Today. They installed berber carpet in one room and blinds in the living room and guestroom. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the berber for the price compared to other carpet we were looking at from other places.
We had a problem with one of the 3 panels of blinds on the larger window in the living room being slightly crooked and they came out immediately to investigate the problem. They ended up reordering the full set of 3 blinds and just installed them differently to account for our crooked window which fixed the problem and look great.
This company has been on the ball from day one, is very prompt, and has always called when they say they will call. I highly recommend them and we will definitely use them again.

The customer service with Empire Today is awesome. The sales person was very patient and professional. I was having trouble deciding which carpet to choose and he went above and beyond to get me the carpet that I wanted. I had window treatments, too, and from start to finish - customer service is outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way. They followed up after the carpet and window treatments were installed to be sure I was happy with the products and service. The installers were great…very competent. I had a very bad experience 20 years ago re: carpet installation with another company and I just can’t speak highly enough of this company.

Hi. I had a wonderful experience with Empire! I scheduled an appointment online and someone called me back the next morning to confirm my appointment. You showed up right on time and were very personable and easy to talk to. No high pressure selling. I decided on what blinds I wanted and you did everything possible to get the price in the range I could afford.
Your installer showed up the next day and took measurements of the windows. Again, very professional, and worked quickly so I could get to work on time. I was called when my blinds arrived and they were installed the next day. The blinds look beautiful and of a high quality. My house has never looked so good from the inside and the outside. I would recommend Empire to everyone.
I have very little free time and they arrived when they said they would so I had no waiting around wasting on my day. That trait alone sets them apart from other companies who feel their time is more important then the customers’ and show up hours after they say they will. Two thumbs way up for Empire!
